Our client is a multi-billion dollar global hotel chain. The company is headquartered in Dubai, UAE and owns multiple 7 star hotels across the globe. The company has flourished with its business over the years. However, with growing business, it also faced a few bottlenecks. It used an outdated vendor management system, which did not have a centralized database to manage its vendors. The result was that it used to end up paying more for products of the same quality across locations. Apart from that, it was manually maintaining contracts and licences resulting in increased paperwork as well as facing difficulties for meeting statutory compliances as per industry standards. They were struggling with monitoring and managing their vendors.
