Senior Executive – Finance
  1. Core Finance functions; accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation & vendor management.
  2. Payroll management; Payroll validation, bank formalities & statutory compliances management
  3. Cash flow management; daily cash flow updation and reporting to management for actions to be taken
  4. Quick book management; Data Entry work - Posting Journals, Purchases, Sales and Expenses
  5. Intransure USA Banking & compliance; coordinating with USA Banking for A/P, A/R & client invoicing
  6. Bank & Credit Card Account Reconciliation
  7. Vendor Management: coordination with vendors for contract documentation, negotiations & payments
  8. Accurately maintaining documents as per the applicable statutory requirement
  9. Providing, interpreting financial information & analyzing change and advising accordingly
  10. Supporting financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
  11. Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
  12. Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
  13. Support the audit process to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
  14. Providing data as required for financial reports to specific deadlines
  15. Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
