Ole leads the European business of Intransure. He has a strong IT and project management experience for international companies based in Europe and USA. He has also been successful in implementing IT Shared Service Centers, IT Service Management, Change Management, Structuring and Business Process Automation across countries and business verticals.

He has managed large ERP projects in multinational companies across Europe and USA. He also has experience in implementation of Microsoft and SAP applications, building Data warehouse, Data integration, Big Data and Data Virtualisation on different platforms.

He is responsible for delivering customer solutions, analysing business processes, building partner networks and application development management.

Himanshu leads the Global Delivery team at Intransure. In his more than 14 years of experience in the field of BFSI and ITES sector he has provided MIS Reporting to CXO’s of companies like Goldman Sachs, Thomson Reuters, ABN Amro Bank to name a few. He is experienced in implementing Business Process Automation globally across multiple industry verticals. His early realization of the importance of Big Data Visualization and adoption of it has helped him assist many companies see Business Intelligence in a different light.

His role at Intransure involves managing – at both a strategic and operational level – the company’s key frontline functions. This includes Professional Services and Project delivery activities, the Helpdesk and Support service, and the company’s entire Global operations. Himanshu is a firm believer in the partnership approach, with an emphasis on customer service.

A philanthropist by heart Himanshu supports various social causes. He loves to play tennis in his spare time.

CSR INITIATIVES

At the heart of our organization, we are aiming to contribute to our society by realizing the value and belief of our moral responsibility for the betterment of our people and environment.
We are actively involved in promoting social welfare activities as our promoters and founders are already associated with international bodies to promote extended quality of – education, healthcare, child welfare and their safety.

We work with United Way (http://www.unitedway.org/) as their philanthropic partner in helping and supporting all the technology driven initiatives by associating ourselves with their local governing bodies.

As we expand, we aspire to enhance our contribution back to the society. We drive a culture of “helping hand” within our organization by letting all our employees contribute to various social welfare activities. We collect fund from our employees and a matching amount being contributed from company end to help the people who suffers during natural calamities as our love and obligation to all of them. Our founders believe in helping with social causes beyond ourselves to become better corporate citizens and facilitate in supporting people to Smile with Us.
