  • Work on assigned clients and submit a minimum of 2 resumes every day thereby completing a target of 40 resumes every month
  • Work closely with the team and assist each other in accomplishing daily submission targets
  • Work closely with account manager to push submitted profiles and get feedback on the submissions
  • Prepare call summary report with desired KPIs

d. Consultant Redeployment (Bench Sales)

  • Work with existing vendors as well as generate new vendor contacts to be able to position your bench consultants
  • Identify, assess, prioritize, qualify and close re-deployment of bench consultants
